Returns due to incompatibility incur a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be complete, in original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and assumes all associated risk.

Installation Guide
⚠ Important Safety Information Ensure your vehicle is stationary and turned off before installation. Handle the device and connectors with care to avoid damage. AutoCast AirConnect only works with vehicles that already have wired CarPlay or Android Auto. If you are unsure about compatibility or installation, professional installation is recommended. Tools You May Need None — plug-and-play design Optional: Cable ties to tidy loose wires Installation Steps 1. Preparation Park your vehicle on a flat surface and turn off the ignition. Confirm your vehicle has a wired CarPlay or Android Auto system. Unbox the AirConnect and inspect all included components. 2. Connect AutoCast AirConnect Locate the USB port used for wired CarPlay/Android Auto. Plug the AutoCast AirConnect adapter into this USB port. Ensure a secure connection — the device should fit snugly without forcing. 3. Pair Your Device Turn on your vehicle and allow the factory system to recognise the AirConnect adapter. Follow the on-screen prompts on your CarPlay or Android Auto display. Enable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on your smartphone. The first connection may take up to 2 minutes; subsequent connections will be automatic. 4. Test & Use Verify that CarPlay or Android Auto launches wirelessly when the vehicle is on. Check functionality of apps, including navigation, music, calls, and messaging. Ensure voice assistants (Siri for CarPlay, Google Assistant for Android Auto) respond correctly. Care & Maintenance Keep the adapter and USB port free of dust and debris. Avoid exposure to moisture or extreme temperatures. Handle the device gently when plugging and unplugging.
