Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards and EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). If requested, we may verify your payment before fulfilling your order.
EFT Terms: Full payment must be received within five (5) business days of order placement; otherwise, the order may be cancelled.
Pricing & Availability: Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or decline orders due to stock issues, payment verification failures, suspected fraud, delivery issues, or pricing errors. Payments for cancelled orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
Customers are generally responsible for shipping costs unless a promotion specifies otherwise. Delivery offers (e.g., “free shipping over X”) apply only to specified regions within South Africa and may be revoked at our discretion.
Defects or Errors: If you receive a defective item or an incorrect order, contact us within 14 days to arrange a return or replacement.
Change of Mind: Returns for buyer’s remorse (where allowed by law) must be in original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact. Return shipping is at your expense unless specified otherwise. A restocking fee may apply.
Non-returnable Items: Customised products, clearance items, or certain electronics may not be eligible for return. Please check the specific product page or contact us to confirm.
Refund Process: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Bank processing times may vary. Please retain proof of return postage until your refund is confirmed.

Proof of purchase and, where applicable, professional fitting receipts are required.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only—not damage from misuse, accidents, or incorrect installation.
We may offer repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
Warranty claims must be initiated within the applicable warranty period specified on each product’s page.
Our site and products are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising from the use of our site or products—even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
We reserve the right to cancel your order at our discretion (e.g., pricing mistakes, stock issues, suspicious activity). If payment has already been made, you will receive a full refund.
