D.A.G Warranty Options
The D.A.G 10L Console Fridge includes a 3-year standard D.A.G warranty. D.A.G also offers a premium warranty option that extends the coverage to 5 years, consisting of the standard 3 years plus an additional 2 years.
The warranty starts from the original purchase date. If a covered manufacturing or workmanship fault occurs during the applicable period, D.A.G Outdoor may repair the product or replace the defective part or unit.
Customers must provide the original sales receipt or invoice when making a warranty claim. The document should show the purchase date, dealer name, product model and serial number.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, routine maintenance or parts that require replacement through normal use. It also excludes damage caused by improper handling, misuse, negligence, incorrect installation or failure to follow the product’s instructions.
D.A.G also excludes damage caused by unauthorised accessories or modifications. Events such as lightning, flooding, fire, natural disasters, riots, inadequate ventilation and power fluctuations can also fall outside the warranty.
Only an authorised D.A.G Outdoor service centre should perform warranty repairs. Unauthorised repairs may result in the warranty becoming invalid. Customers should therefore contact the original authorised dealer before arranging repairs.
